“Talk about Change” - A film by young people with life threatening conditions

The journey from childhood, through the teenage years and into adulthood – can be a challenging, confusing, yet exciting time for all of us.  We want to try new things, break free and take control…

Imagine going through this and living with a life-limiting condition, knowing that  you may only have a few more years to live.

In reality we all want they same things…

  • Independence

  • Relationships

  • Experimenting with new things and ideas

  • Going out and having a social life

  • Going to gigs, seeing the latest movie, having a drink with friends

Going to university, getting a job

  • Taking control

    Leaving home

Talk about Change is a new film by the Kosh supported by the national charity ACT (The Association for Children’s Palliative Care) aimed at young people, their parents, carers and families,  and everyone working in children’s and adult palliative care services.

It gives real insight into the reality of growing up with a life-limiting condition.  For the first time young people speak out about their hopes and fears as they begin their journey into independence and adulthood.  Young people talk openly and candidly about both the excitement and new challenges that lay ahead, as well as their frustrations and fears.

Talk about Change will be available this autumn, but you can view a trailer and pre-order your copy now.
